STEFANIE KELLY

Birth Doula - Postpartum Doula - Lamaze Trained Childbirth Educator

A native New Yorker, Stefanie earned her Business Administration degree from Berkley School of Business in New York. Her lifelong study of ballet and contemporary dance led her to teach ballet classes, which she loved! She and her husband relocated to Atlanta in 2015 for a job opportunity and found out they were expecting a daughter.

Stefanie became fascinated with all things birth during her own pregnancy and postpartum period. She quickly became inspired to pursue a new career in helping others find their voice in the birthing experience. She has since passionately pursued work as a birth and postpartum doula, as well as childbirth educator, and loves supporting families in Atlanta find what they need for their unique birth journey.

Stefanie is a yoga enthusiast, exceedingly talented baker, and of course baby snuggler to her sweet 1 year old girl!

KATHLEEN LEATHERS

Birth Doula - Postpartum Doula - Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator

Kathleen moved back to the east coast in 2015 after spending a decade in both New York and Los Angeles. Working in the busy music and film industries with a degree in music business from Appalachian State University, her experiences showed her how to persevere in demanding situations, how to roll with the punches, and the utmost importance of retaining a sense of humor as often as possible.

After one of her best friends gave birth in Los Angeles, she was undeniably drawn to and inspired to pursue a different industry - birth. She could not stop learning about birth options, and what it means to families to feel confident in their birth experience. She loves supporting families in the process of learning about birth and she believes that a joyful and satisfying birth experience leads to the great start of a new family.

When she isn't at a birth or teaching classes, you will find Kathleen hanging with her husband, playing with her pup Gurley, or sanding her woodworking creations in her wood shop.
